We have made every effort to display the colors, features and descriptions of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colors will accurately reflect the color of product on delivery.

MALOIK Online Store undertakes to provide as accurate and exact a service as possible; nevertheless, technical, factual and/or printing errors may occur. MALOIK Online Store reserves the right to make changes and corrections to the website whenever necessary, without advance warning.
In order to make purchases through the website, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct.
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s), provided that you return them to us within 15 days of receipt and un-used, i.e. in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels still attached. The company will not be liable for returns if the garment is stained by make up or perfume or the jewelry is scratched. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
You must inform us in writing, within 5 working days of delivery of your item(s), if you are not satisfied with the item(s) and want to return it. Please fill the Returns Form, which is under the costumer service.
Make sure you include a print out of the return form inside the package you send back. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the delivery costs.

If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, MALOIK will offer a refund via Paypal credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. Please be aware that in case of refund, the shipping costs will not be refunded, and that shipment costs to send back goods are charged to the customer. We recommend you to use a courier or registered post to send back goods. MALOIK will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays. Please note that card refunds may take up to 15 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately as MALOIK, we are unable to influence this.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. For faulty items please do not send any items back. Instead e-mail immediately our customer care department: firstname.lastname@example.org
Make sure you inform us of your order number, daytime contact number, your name and address and your reason for the return. In the case of damaged goods be sure to explain in detail the nature of the damage and send us a damaged items’ photograph. We will contact you to advice on how we will deal with the return.
Please be aware that Duties and Custom Clearance charges may incur depending on the Country of Import and it is the customer’s responsibility to check those charges before placing an order. Amber Tasarim LTD. (MALOIK) will not be responsible for paying Duties and Custom Charges.
