MALOIK aims to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public or bank holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. Please note that if a particular product is not in stock, or sold out please contact us on: info@maloikdesign.com for more information.

Delivery Service 


To offer you the best service we have chosen ‘DHL’ for our deliveries. 
 Once you place your order, MALOIK will send you an email confirming all details. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days. Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and Amber Tasarim LTD. (MALOIK) is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes and for unexpected shipping delays such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc. which may add an additional 1 to 2 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

Please be aware that Duties and Custom Clearance charges may incur depending on the Country of Import and it is the customer’s responsibility to check those charges before placing an order. Amber Tasarim LTD. (MALOIK) will not be responsible for paying Duties and Custom Charges.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Please note that all deliveries need to be signed for, so do ensure there will be someone at the delivery address during working hours. If you are not present at time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card for you to reschedule your delivery at a more convenient time.

All orders are inclusive of VAT. Please see http://www.xe.com for approximate currency conversion. Check with your bank for your exact rate.

Order Tracking


Once you place an order with us it can be tracked so that you know when it has left our warehouse and is on its way to your door. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation to your mail account mentioning all the details of your order. In case you do not receive the delivery confirmation within two working days, please contact us by e-mail: info@maloikdesign.com

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if, we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we do not deliver to your area; or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email or by telephone, and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Payment

As MALOIK, we do not store any credit card details and we do not share any customer details with 3rd parties. All information that is stored on our site such as your billing address and delivery details are for our use only and we do not share these details with third parties. This information is also highly encrypted at the maximum level possible to ensure none of your login details or any unwanted third party can see your information. Your security and confidence in us is of utmost priority.
